Founded by Mental Edge Nutrition, LLC, Lift Energy was created as a caffeine-free alternative to stimulant-based energy drinks. It lists goBHB® ketones, Cognizin® citicoline, and electrolytes alongside zero caffeine and zero sugar.
Why Ketones Instead of Caffeine?
Caffeine is a stimulant that affects alertness. Exogenous BHB is a different kind of ingredient: a ketone body supplied from outside the body. Having no caffeine does not guarantee a particular energy pattern or eliminate the possibility of feeling tired later.
Key Ingredients
goBHB® L-Beta Hydroxybutyric Acid (5000mg)
goBHB® supplies beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), which can be used as fuel. Its amount on the label does not predict a steady energy response, prevent anxiety, or guarantee how someone will feel.
Cognizin® Citicoline (250mg)
Cognizin® is a citicoline ingredient studied in cognitive research. The 250mg listed per serving does not guarantee a change in focus or cognitive performance.
Electrolytes
Each bottle lists 630mg potassium, 250mg sodium, and magnesium. Compare these amounts with your food and fluid intake; they do not by themselves establish a hydration outcome.
